We accept VISA and MASTERCARD for telephone orders. We ship via U.P.S., and freight charges are not included in our instrument pricing. We'll gladly obtain a quote for you from U.P.S. for shipping your order. We ship "Blue Label Service" (Second Day Air) to most locations in the U.S., and we ship Monday through Wednesday so you receive your instrument with minimum delay in transit and the same week that it's shipped. We ship via "Express Service" overseas.

We pride ourselves in our personal service and our highly skilled and knowledgable staff. We will set-up your instrument to your specifications using strings of your choice either prior to shipment or in person. All NOVAX instruments have a one year guarantee; custom NOVAX instruments that are handcrafted by master luthier Ralph Novak have a LIFETIME guarantee.
